How to get to the start/finish etc
TRAIN
Kents Bank Station is easily accessed by train (on the Lancaster to Barrow line) or car or bike
A great option is to catch the train from Arnside (your finishing point)
CAR
Kents Bank and Arnside are less than 30 inutes from M6 junction 36
BIKE
Even if you don;t cycle the the start a bike is a great way for people to support your run!
