Start: Kents Bank Railway Station - Cumbria

Finish: Arnside Pier - Cumbria

Summits:: Humphrey Head, Hampsfell, Lords Seat, Cunswick Scar, Scout Scar, Heversham Head, Farleton Knott, Hutton Roof Crags, Cringlebarrow, Heald Brow, King Williams Hill, Arnside Knott.
